Bauer Farms is located off Lawnsdale Rd. (Hwy I) and Center Rd. in the City of Waukesha.  It consists of over 80 acres of land with mature trees, conservancy land, and open space.  It will feature smaller single family homes as well as some 4-7 family condominiums on the east portion of the property.  There will be several amenities such as a play area, trails, among other things.
