Building areas

Belman Homes serves all of Waukesha County and seven surrounding communities. Belman Homes builds custom homes in Waukesha, Racine, Washington. Ozaukee, Milwaukee, Walworth, and Jefferson Counties. If you are not 100% sure if we will build where you are,  just ask! Sometimes we do go out of our terrain if your site is easily accessible by freeway or near other Belman Homes under construction. We are a hands-on custom builder, so to ensure we give you the very best service, we have to limit our building areas. Belman Homes does not want to be the biggest builder, just the best.
